This is what Mike Choi has been up to today:

Justin Ayala is broadening his style. Also, if this new self-portrait is true to life, he might be broadcasting from his head.

This, from Yu Maeda, is just “a color test in Photoshop.” But…I want it.

Nicole Gordon seems to be having a blast:

Head over to @wowxwow_art for a special guest blog post by @nicolegordonartist! In her post, Nicole shares her thought process behind her colorful new body of work #DehydratedRainbow debuting this Saturday: "With my newest body of work, ‘Dehydrated Rainbow’, I have been primarily focused on the core concept of creativity when over-programming goes away. These dreamscapes represent the internal worlds that we can create when we aren’t distracted by daily scheduling. I try to tap into that place myself during my creative process and let traditional logic fade away. I allow myself to remember thought processes that I had as a child when everything was more mysterious, unlimited, and often frightening. When a child has the time and freedom to go into their self-constructed worlds, fascinating things come about." Nicole's show will be on view in gallery 2, coinciding with our "Defying Gravity" group show in the main gallery and new works by @reddwalitzki in gallery 3. Link to event details in bio.
