Five things about Mondragon’s Mutualism

I think I’m still afraid of abstracts.

I do really like that rich green in the background though.

In general, this painting zooms and pows, know what I mean?

What I mean is that the perspective in Mutualism suggests some sort of emergence. And an exciting one, at that. There’s all sorts of vigor and energy in this image.

It reminds me of old-timey comic books, where the good guy punches and it says ‘BAM!’ in a text explosion. It’s got those sharp angles of color that make every segment stand out. It makes me feel like jumping.
